Dell needs a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management team with North America Retail Marketing Operations. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day management of the BMS to allow senior management to focus on growth. From day one, the role will have an immediate impact on Dell’s productivity by overseeing program management and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will understand Dell’s culture and how to navigate efficiently and effectively.


  • Own and Manage the NA Retail Marketing BMS: Preparing Weekly Operations, Quarterly Outlook Submissions, Quarterly Planning, Annual Planning, Global Asks

  • Assist and understand programs and challenges across all the retail accounts and be able to bubble up escalations prior to Weekly Calls

  • Manage bridge quarterly readiness and contingency activities

  • Work with PLM team to manage Launch Calendar and communicate timing across accounts

  • Collect GTM plans and track overall GTM Launch across multiple retailers

  • Assist with NA Retail Strategy and integration with Non-retail partner organizations across marketing

  • Track deliverables and own regular follow up across various parties

  • Oversee content development and lead prep discussions for executive reviews

  • Lead execution of specific projects / strategic initiatives

  • Own weekly staff meetings, agenda, and quarterly planning sessions

  • Foster best practice sharing and collaboration across the team

  • Be able to manage retail account(s) and work as bridge or back-fill


  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to present
