This sales operations role is focused on one of the key trends in data centers today: the rise of converged infrastructure that simplifies how customer plan, deploy, and manage their compute, storage, and networking infrastructure. And, in particular, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) provides simple to use appliances that help customer reach their IT goals. Today, Dell EMC offers a broad portfolio of XC Series appliances based on Nutanix software that has been growing quickly, as customers’ adoption of hyper-converged infrastructure continues to accelerate. The Nutanix Program Office (NPO) is the team dedicated to special pricing activities for the XC business.
We are looking for a NPO sales operations team member to help manage and execute the pricing part of the sales process to drive a high level of sales velocity. In this particular role, there are two key areas of responsibility: First is to manage the development lifecycle of our XC:Quote application, a specialized dashboard application that greatly automates much of the special pricing activities. As new Nutanix features become available or as business needs change, this role is responsible for working with a third party development team to define, test, and deploy enhancements to XC:Quote. Future enhancements for XC:Quote will be around renewals, to experience and knowledge around renewals will be beneficial.
The second key responsibility is general deal support for new system sales, as well as after point of sales upgrades, replacements, and renewals. Understanding how to execute each deal type is critical to supporting XC:Quote.
The NPO team serves as the primary pricing interface between Dell EMC sales teams and our partners, so working across organizational boundaries will be a critical skill. Working with others in sales operations and marketing managers on the team, as well as across Dell EMC sales, and other organizations will be key – including working with our key partners, like Nutanix.

- 6+ years of experience in a business or sales operations role with an undergraduate degree or 4+ years with a graduate degree - would prefer a technical background
