Dell Senior Advisor, Field Marketing in Austin, Texas

This person would be responsible for maintaining key relationships with CCC’s sales reps, as well as key stakeholders across the larger Dell marketing team, to drive higher lead quality to the ISRs. Expert knowledge of uploading all forms with constituents. In particular, a deep knowledge of Dell’s processes and organizational structure, as well as relationships with key people are all helpful. As a smaller overlay organization, being highly leveraged with partners and outside groups is important.


  • A critical part of this role would include working with the CSG marketing team and across departments to train with sales generalists

  • Craft and drive successful proposals for funding and joint marketing campaigns with key business partners in which we can track ROI for accurate reporting. In addition, this person would manage key relationships with all sales teams to ensure a clear line of communication and feedback

  • This position will involve pipeline and lead analysis reporting YoY, QoQ and MoM to the director. Including the need to synthesize data from multiple sources and create a picture for management of our performance to forecast, as well as use data to optimize the tactical mix in the plan

  • Align CCC Americas strategies and implement partner marketing programs to drive lead demand generation

  • Work closely with sales to develop strong alliance in Marketing driven pipeline, regional events and reporting

  • Take over Dell Wyse Expert newsletter that produces assistance in cross functional programs


  • Excel proficiency is critical, and deep understanding of and all related CRM tools

  • Strategically driven & product driven lead

  • Digital campaign development, rationale, weekly lead quality and quantity reporting

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role is required

  • Bachelor's Degree required, must be able to present to executives effectively

  • Excellent grammar and good communications a must
