What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Consultant in the Integration Management Office, you will be a key leader and enabler of our ongoing inorganic growth and strategy efforts across the family of Dell Technologies businesses. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, high performing group of dedicated corporate development and integration management professionals and have high exposure to key business leaders.
Work closely with the Corporate Development team and Dell business units to understand acquired technology, develop plans to seamlessly integrate an acquired business into the Dell infrastructure and lead the integration activity against an established timeline while achieving the identified value-drivers
Work closely with the Corporate Development team and potential buyers as Dell makes strategic decisions to divest non-core asset currently in the portfolio as well as develop plans to deliver economic benefit of the divested business to a buyer, then execute the carve-out while minimizing risk and duration of Transition Services
