We use our broad knowledge of the company’s product and service capabilities and the competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging service opportunities. It’s about using in-depth market analysis to guide the optimization of existing products and solutions while creating new ones, in collaboration with other teams such as Product Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages coordination of communications and information dissemination with messaging team and cross- functional organizations

  • Establishes project management methodology utilization

  • Develops measurement models to help identify key performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and team training and development needs

  • Evaluates and recommends recognition plans and opportunities to drive team morale

  • Plans and executes organizational meetings and cross organizational interlocks to drive consistency of communications and strategic alignment

  • Manage organizational budget

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in management or operations with a proven ability to nurture and motivate effective teams

  • Excellent communication, writing, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong organization, prioritization, planning, and strategic thinking skills

  • Self-manages and motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Possess a flexible, enthusiastic and proactive demeanor with a hands-on, detail-oriented work ethic

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, across geographic and organizational boundaries, with strong relationship building and management skills

  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Experience with Dell, Dell EMC, VMware, Pivotal, Virtustream, Boomi, RSA, and SecureWorks portfolios and/or similar products and companies

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
