Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning of OEM specific storage and server platforms designed to improve Dell OEM's competitive enterprise offering. Specifically, understand customer and market opportunities for next generation storage and server products from Dell, identifying unique requirements for the OEM portfolio. Document in-depth business cases which outline monetization opportunities, competitive threats, product descriptions, and financial forecasts. Present solid marketing program recommendations to the management team based on this information. Work actively with cross-functional teams - program management, engineering, finance, operations, segment representatives and procurement. Meet frequently with OEM customers to understand product specifications and business opportunities.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous product management and enterprise experience required. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, as well as strong business acumen. 10+ years work experience and Bachelor's degree required.
