Sr. Manager – End User Experience Product Management

The Modern Compute Solutions Group (MCSG) focuses on the delivery of as-as service software and compute solutions for Dell's client customers. We lead and deliver the entire lifecycle from product definition and planning through to production and release. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas and partner with the industries best companies to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition.

What you’ll achieve
As the Sr. Manager of Partner Management, you will lead and manage a team of highly skilled product managers and product owners and work closely with our Experience Innovation Group, Advanced Solution Planning, and world-class engineering team to define and deliver the future-state modern end user software experience for our consumer and commercial client devices.
• Lead the product management team in defining the future-state portfolio vision and supporting roadmap for PCs and mobile
• Collaborate with innovation teams and our hardware-focused planning teams on the future state experience
• Work across internal stakeholders at all levels to gain alignment
• Engage with engineering leadership to establish a funding a resource plan to execute
• Establish KPIs and metrics across the team to measure product performance

• MBA in Business, Technical or related degree as well as PC industry experience
