What you’ll achieve

Client Product Marketing Professional –
The Client Solutions Group has end to end responsibility for defining and delivering our global product portfolio and enabling sales teams to exceed their Revenue, Unit, and Margin targets across the entire Dell client solutions portfolio. This portfolio includes the Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision, Rugged, Software Solutions and Cloud Client Computing, Inspiron, Vostro, XPS and Alienware Lines of Business. The Client Solutions Group is hiring a marketing professional that can drive world class Product Marketing activities to bring client products and solutions to the Small Business market. We are looking for a proactive and creative person who is comfortable in developing Product Marketing Strategy, driving sales and customer excitement around Dell’s award-winning portfolio of products, leading Sales Enablement activities, and managing program budgets with partners and creative agencies. The individual will create, deliver and provide KPIs for key product marketing activities that amplify the Client Portfolio Small Business sales and customers. The Ideal candidate would be a creative leader that is driven to do things differently, drive execution and collaborate with key teams across Dell. This individual would lead program core teams and align to the overarching Product Marketing Team to ensure we are driving impactful programs across the business.
• Own the creation of sophisticated marketing results
• Develop press review guides and presentations, as well as conducting press tours for new product launches
• Lead and drive development, product management and sales to manage product life cycle
Drives best in class brand product awareness and product adoption programs with global marketing, regional marketing and sales leaders in existing Dell customer forums and events as well as incremental opportunities to position the Dell CSG portfolio within the small business market.
Collaborates with regional teams, line of business stakeholders, Product Marketing peers, and outside agencies to develop quarterly product marketing plans
Partner with the operations team to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies within team processes and workflows.
Develop strategic plans for key CSG product marketing initiatives with CSG LOB Executive Leadership feedback and approval to drive buy in, team alignment and flawless execution.
Grow and foster strong relationships and lead rigorous program management cadences with key outside agencies.
Ability to program manage and implement governance processes across all product marketing programs for effective planning and execution of critical CSG initiatives.
Coordinate incremental investment opportunities with global and regional market planning and content development teams to drive incremental unit sales for CSG

6 to 10 years’ experience in product marketing or sales organization.
Bachelors or master’s in marketing, , or related field
Working knowledge of Dell’s Client Solutions portfolio of products, services and solutions to best position the CSG portfolio for success
Comfortable working with and influencing both Dell executives and C-level customers
Superior strategic analysis and business modeling skills
Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment requiring daily decision making, ability to multi-task and working with ambiguity
Strong communication oral and written communication skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Great project management and multi-program focused
Highly effective Presentation & communication skills
• Understanding of products and their value to the customer
• Ability to influence others to achieve results and to work effectively with senior management
