With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. The team is also crucial to getting shipping right. All in all, it is a fascinating and incredibly varied area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading multiple core teams through our Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP)

  • Defining the program governance (controls); Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress; Managing the program’s budget; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing and utilizing resources across projects; Managing stakeholders’ communication; Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and Managing the main program documentations.

  • Responsible for driving change and continually improving the efficiency of the Project

  • Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques

  • Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program

  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

  • Be inspiring leader for your assigned teams. Focus on building positive, productive working relationships with our stakeholders and core teams, and be a trusted business partner.

  • Must be capable of thriving in an Agile environment.

  • Experience with Software Applications and Operating Systems

Desirable Requirements

  • PMP Certified

  • MBA and/or BS in Computer Science

  • 10 + Years of industry experience
