As a Specialty Ecosystem Experience Planner , you will be responsible for planning Specialty (Workstations and Rugged) ecosystem solutions including experience solutions, displays, client peripherals, software, and services to enhance customer experience and drive line of business financial performance.
We are looking for individuals with the following abilities: to work cross-functionally with the Advanced Experience Team, Client Peripherals, Software, Services teams, as well as with the and Specialty planning teams to drive Specialty ecosystem recommendation. The Specialty Ecosystem Experience Planner will also work to enable regional go-to-market activities and messaging to drive ecosystem objectives. We are looking for a candidate who is highly strategic and analytical, has strong communication skills, is comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, can influence across different organizations, possesses strong business acumen, and has a focus on customer experience/drive for results. Key Responsibilities
Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs to define long-term roadmap for specialty product ecosystems
Understands client market and develops ecosystem experience offers to ensure our mobile products are highly competitive
Effectively engages with partners to understand and influence their ecosystem roadmaps
Strategically works across internal stakeholders across specialty LOB, Advanced Experience Planners, Software & Peripherals, Engineering, Sales and Customers to develop a plan for key ecosystem products and offerings
Support go-to-market execution of key ecosystem experience with product marketing, messaging, and collateral teams
Ensures all deliverables of Product Planning are well thought-out against both short and long term needs and delivered on time
Openly work with development and management teams to evangelize the value of ecosystems and key experiences
Essential Requirements
MBA degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years of Specialty product marketing experience preferred
Able to work in a fast paced environment requiring daily decision making
Strong business acumen with strategic analysis and business modeling skills
Attention to detail balanced with high level process overview/improvements
Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies in simple terms
Good organization skills, including the ability to form and influence cross-functional project teams effectively.
Solid understanding of corporate customers and the way they procure and consume IT
