Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.


You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Inventory systems, tools & process plans. The role will provide thought leadership and be able to influence global business partners and key stakeholders to consider new and creative strategies in solving business challenges. Drive and support Change Management including tools & processes as well as culture.


Manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.

Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure project/program deliverables are met, while allocating work among project team members and providing guidance on a regular basis.

Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives, while maintaining a longer term vision for processes and tools

Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery

Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field and 8+ years of supply chain experience.

Ability to communicate clearly and present at senior leadership levels

Ability to manage risk and project decisions

Experience working within a company and/or organization undergoing a transformation.

Analytical skills to understand problem statements, rectify gaps and design solutions to address the gaps and fix the root cause

Desirable Requirements:

Attention to detail in a fast paced environment

Digital transformation experience

Flexible on working hours including support for testing during weekend and evening.
