This opportunity is for a team member to work cross-functionally with the Digital Operations, Campaigns, Marcom and Events teams to develop comprehensive reporting packages that look at marketing touches and campaign performance across all marketing vehicles. As the go-to person for campaign analytics, this person will need to translate business needs into actionable reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytics to recommend programs that drive results and maximize return on investment

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between BU and segment marketing leaders to define Key Performance Indicators

  • Provide recommendations to optimize campaign management, lead flow strategy and reporting

  • Efficiently present insights to business stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

  • Manage intake and tracking of business requirements and requests

Requirements:

  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple demands simultaneously

  • Ability to make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionality and build relationships across the business

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • 8+ years experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA Preferred
