Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
In our Supply Chain Analytics team, we are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual with program management and data systems experience to help drive development and implementation of our Supply Chain Analytics program. Key responsibilities are coordination of cross-functional individuals and teams to meet program schedule and deliverables, provide executive updates on a weekly basis, and directly work with legal, procurement, operations and suppliers to establishing contracts supporting the program.
-Drive our backlog management with expertise in Agile & Project Management to help us improve management and execution of demos and facilitate actions from various user forums
-Support activities and relationship with 3rd party SW solution providers [change management, daily operations & driving priorities]
-Assist and drive data stewardship and governance of our master supplier list: Process governance, data quality, and updates with international team
-Create needed documentation as our team expands to maintain transparency and current state details concerning our program (task guides, procedures, templates)
-Collaborate on data and usability strategies, objectives, organizational design and transformation
-Drive progress against defined milestones in support many other day-to-day activities and efforts
-5+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Program Management
-Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style; with peers, managers and executives
-Ability to influence in multiple ways, including strong command skill
-Maintains positive attitude in the face of adversity
-3+ years of related experience with Master’s Degree in Program Management or Engineering or other technical field
-Work experience directly on an analytics team
