Position General Description

The role will report to the SVP Ops & Server Finance and work directly with multiple VPs and Sr VPs across Finance, Global Operations & Server.

Primary Responsibilities

Budget & HC Control, Communication, Team Operations, People Development, ONE support & Supply Chain Initiatives – ZBB, Finance of the Future, Automation & Innovation, IDC and Gartner.

Special skills/educational/functional requirements

Proactively identify and lead x-function projects, drive for result, and make impact. Plan and execute annual GOF leadership team face-to-face strategy meeting. Manage team activities through staff meeting, Goal and Opportunity consolidation, quarterly Town Hall and End-of-Quarter note to ensure key message and team performance being communicated appropriately. Develop Ops & Server people strategy, including sourcing talents using watch list, developing people through internal job rotation & mentoring, and external available development program (FDP/FRP/FLP etc), recognizing team’s performance, and collecting feedback for improvement. Deliver Ops & Server annual plan and saving target through HC initiatives, drill-down on discretionary items to identify more saving opportunities, and tighten control on T&E spend.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in financial controllership

  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail and proven track record in process improvement

  • Ability to build strong business partnering relationships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with ease at different levels of hierarchy
