What You Will Love:
As our Product UX Design Community and Process Lead for Dell Pivotal, your responsibility is as the Product Design transformation shepherd at Dell, creating content that assists in enabling others:
Consult as trusted advisor to stakeholders, including formal advice, executive customer presentations, assessment, and speaking engagements at industry conferences
Foster the health of the Product Designers and the practice and culture in Dell Pivotal Labs
Leverage Persona-based and Customer-centric enablement techniques that spread Product Design practices and learnings throughout the organization
Facilitate enablement sessions, workshops and bootcamps for Product Designers and stakeholders
In the Digital Transformation Program you’ll work closely with other designers, product managers, developers, researchers, architects, and business stakeholders to change the way Dell delivers software to its internal users and customers. This transformation program has three primary goals:
Expand a Lean Startup, User Centered Design and Extreme Programming based Lab culture.
Enable new capabilities, and seamless user experiences across product, marketing, commerce and services.
Empower all Dell Technologies businesses to create experiences to meet their customer and business needs.

Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of experience, or Master's plus 8 years (or equivalent experience);
Experience to include:
Building and delivering software within a UX Design role, preferably in a technical lead or senior consulting role
Full understanding and experience in the User Centered Design process (human centered design)
An online portfolio demonstrating a strong design foundation across the full human centered design process, with relevant examples of design concepts, standard deliverables, and process
Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, with a passion for the challenges around organizing it
Delivery of all standard UX Design artifacts (Site maps, Process flows, Personas, Use Cases, Concept models, Wireframes, Design comps, Interactive prototypes)
Experience working in Agile and Lean UX
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including some international travel
Pivotal Software development methodology experience is highly preferred
User research experience in technical domains
Experience creating Design Systems, frameworks, or other Design-at-scale initiatives
