Workfront Product Manager / Owner

Dell is implementing Adobe Workfront as its centralized marketing system of record/work management system to optimize the execution of marketing activities. This product will be a core scalability component that will allow Dell’s Marketing team members to work more efficiently and focus on the strategy of delighting customers through personalized experiences.

Join us as a Workfront Product Manager / Owner to lead this implementation on our Marketing Strategy & Operations team in Round Rock, TX or remotely in the US to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Workfront Product Manager / Owner, you will own and project manage marketing workflow technology initiatives, working closely with Dell’s team members globally in different organizations, including Marketing, Digital, and IT. You will be a crucial driver of Dell’s marketing evolution journey to deliver adaptive experiences across all customer interaction points.

You will:

  • Own and oversee use case development and requirements gathering for Dell’s Workfront implementation, working closely with key stakeholder groups to understand current state processes and technologies, and future business needs to guarantee full adoption

  • Partner with other MarTech Product Managers to achieve seamless integration to Dell’s MarTech stack

  • Partner with IT/technology and consulting vendors to define Workfront product vision, technology roadmap, delivering business requirements and ensuring successful product releases and launches

  • Lead the decommissioning of legacy work management technologies as use cases transition to Workfront

  • Post-implement, you will continue working with internal and external stakeholders to provide continuous and strategic evolution of the product to achieve ever-growing business needs and establish, track and report objectively on KPIs for the organization.

Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront (3 + years experience)

  • 10 + years experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Marketing Operations

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and experience and comfort working in a large, matrixed organization

  • Ability to influence others (both internal and external cross-functional teams) in the design and execution of MarTech products and to work effectively with senior management

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate business/product strategies and lead through execution

Desirable Requirements

  • Implementing new MarTech solutions

  • Working with work/project management systems

  • Working in Agile projects/with Agile teams

  • With Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Master’s degree
