Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed set OEM business targets

  • Advanced-level professional managing medium/high complexity solutions incl. servers, networking, storage, PCs & packaged software

  • Sells a broad range of products and services, including some enterprise-level with an in depth knowledge of Dell technology

  • Serves as a lead engaging cross-functional resources, regardless of location in order to achieve goal/meet customer/partner needs

  • Sells to medium-to large-sized customer/ partner accounts across multiple industries in a specific territory

  • Analyzes multiple market factors to anticipate customer/ partner needs to make recommendations

  • Develops account relationships with multiple decision makers, with complex and larger customer/partner accounts

  • Viewed as trusted business advisor formulating strategy and direction

  • Complete quarterly business training and prescribed courses from the License To Sell Assessment (LTSA)results

  • Articulate value proposition for Dell OEM as it relates to key customer pains

  • P articipate in designated marketing campaigns and events

  • Engage appropriate specialist at the right time for complex opportunities

  • Collaborate w/partners & channel to drive incremental business with c ustomer

  • C ustomer contact quality in SFDC (executives, influencers, decision makers, etc.)

  • Achieve NPS Targets

  • Maintain pipeline and outlook quality in SFDC weekly.

  • Quarterly customer visits to key OEM accounts



  • 6 - 8 years above sales or customer service experience

  • Command of written and oral English communications

  • Proven coordination and communication skills

  • Independent and able to work in cross functional environment

  • IT/PC industry related experience

  • Strong problem resolving capability
