Your Role Responsibilities

The Global Infrastructure Command Center (GICC) provides front-line support services, to enable dell digital products uptime with continuous platform stability. We’re a team of experts be the foundation for Dell Digital to deliver a world class IT Operations through consistent adoption of latest technology innovation & AI/ML for proactive prediction, detection and self-healing for operational excellence.

What you’ll achieve

As an Advisor, IT Service Operations Analyst, you will provide remote first level support for internal technical issues in complex and business-critical server environments. This position required to work on 12 hours rotation shift. You will liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions with exceptional customer service. Responsible for GICC Servers Infrastructure front line support. You will work with various Internal teams on delivering the best IT practices and front line of Server Support.

You will:

• Troubleshoot moderate technical problems within acceptable service levels

• Communicate within functional teams to provide problem resolution updates

• Utilize internal resources and teammates to investigate technology and understand procedures

• Monitor and react to output from tools and systems and apply this information to process improvement projects

Essential Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related experience with technical aptitude

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Good knowledge and experience of managing different type of Server Operating Systems, such as Windows, Linux including installing, fixing servers related issues

• Experience driving automation using Python, Ansible, Django, PowerShell scripting

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to adapt to change

• Able to work on shift

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
