Our team has real vision. They develop and implement strategic approaches to solutions and technology marketing that put our products and services at the forefront of our customers’ minds. Always ready to adjust strategies in response to market change and competition, the team works closely with sales, product partners and vendors. Crucially, their remit goes beyond the customer value proposition to making sure product development is informed by customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely product launches for the assigned product line of business. Monitor end-to-end backend operational readiness, and leading issue discussion / resolution to minimize risk to launch.

  • Taking accountability in managing the configuration management which includes the tracking of merchandising cycle timelines, gaining regional business alignment on offering plan and promotions to drive revenue and market share growth. Create and maintain a well-defined build document.

  • Be the subject matter expert within the product team on SKU-related matters and settings, with the aim to always improve operational efficiency and product data accuracy of the sales order system.

  • Coordinate and verify online content for new product launch and end-of-life with Online and Product Managers. Managing web content to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance of product content.

  • Internalize business process improvement evolution and continuously striving for tools and process improvement opportunity.

Essential Requirements

  • Good and in depth understanding of PC industry market trends and customer oriented.

  • Good analytical and business problem solving skills, high focused and attention to details.

  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills and ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Education: University Graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing operations in high-tech industry (PC hardware) preferred.
