Owner of Global CSB 12 cost analytics, this includes current shipping and NPI products.
Key point of contact (POC) between Global COC and key partners, engage and drive business results.
Perform monthly cost package analysis and gleaning insights on cost intra-line of key commodities.
Model and summarize the impact of changes in cost per box, absolute dollar impact, Q/Q, CP vs. CP, Mix (FHC, platform, LOB, GTM, Regions & Attach rate) and UPP.
Establish a trend of our costs for key commodities.
Apply this insight & knowledge in FHC selection decision making for Business & PLM team.
Drive cost accuracy improvement, able to catch the cost errors ahead of cost escalations and thus, improve the predictability of the business.
Publish monthly cost change summary & details with key “Call to Actions” to COC team.
Summarize key changes in commodity & platform cost and how COC should respond to optimize margin.
Build a world class COC cost ecosystem for Global CSB 12 business.
Support adhoc cost analysis requests, process improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
Ability to work with key partners and maintain the CoC viewpoint on key tenets.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships (based on work ethics and competencies).
Ability to deal with ambiguity, results driven and customer focused.
Excellent communication skills to translate various insights in a language that business understand.
Highly passionate on product knowledge.
Analytical ability – ability to connect the dots with numbers and coherently present the inter-play of disparate set of numbers and how it all comes together.
Eye for details, proactive, self-motivated and able to manage tight deadlines.
Strong drive for results with ability to work under own initiative and with minimum guidance.
IT industry experience pertaining to products in Consumer segment (as Product Marketing, UPP, Pricing).
Cost experience across any domain.
Advanced excel skills, preferably knowledge in Power pivot and Power BI.
