Dell Deployment & Installation Partner Management Operations Lead in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure partner performance results are in accordance with SLA’s key metrics and the operating plans

  • Collaborate with programs team and partner management team to improve procedures to deliver high quality services

  • Drive day-to day-operational performance of partners on global metrics through active interaction and communication with partner representatives during ad hoc meetings and regular performance reviews.

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partners and internal stakeholders on all Global Partner Deployment processes and procedures

  • Responsible for ensuring partners are aware of all Global Partner Deployment processes and procedures and adhere to it

  • Operational processes and tools training delivery to partners as required

  • Responsible for all Change management that impacts our providers

  • Main point of contact for partners operational team across the APJ region

  • Supporting Global Partner Management teams

  • Drive partners interlocks in respective regions, work with internal teams and with colleague teams in EMEAand ABU regions on information flows and process improvements

  • EDI and partners outages lead in regional field operations

  • Regional Lead for Bank Holidays communications with all stakeholders

  • Partner on-boarding and call testing

  • Partner system access account management

  • Drive Customer Experience

  • Manage New process implementation and partner readiness for future solutions

  • Drive CLCA with our partners Globally

  • Provide business system support regionally

  • Support Partner Spend control activity

  • SPOC for Global intake team & SPOC for installations management team

  • Operation lead for the APJ region

  • Ensure APJ region remains aligned with the Global processes and procedures

  • Excellent computer skills with MS suites (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint);
