IT Program Management Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects, from design to delivery.
You will:
Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives and ad hoc requests
Collaborate with segment and engagement team stakeholders to break down initiatives into actionable steps with timelines, resource and material requirements and milestones to deliver the solution
Oversee ad hoc requests and escalated issues
Coordinate with End of Life stakeholder groups on migration timelines
Manage work requests across IPE product groups, when IPE Solution Engineering is not the sole conduit
Collaborate with engagement team to understand concepts for new ideas for products/services, potential demand, and cost benefit analysis
Increase self-service and infrastructure standardization as new applications are being developed
Drive for innovative solutions within IPE
Drive application readiness in support of special events, such as preparation of back end systems
Ensure segment adheres to onboarding processes, such as requirements for application architecture, upstream/downstream applications, cybersecurity requirements
Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers and Infrastructure Consultants to act as cohesive interface to the segment

Essential Requirements
8-12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other methodology certification as applicable
Experience and expert understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques
3-5 years of Agile experience and/or certification in Product Management or Product Owner
Experience and expert ability in building relationships and providing direction and leadership to others for successful results
Extensive experience in managing change and engaging team members
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, verbally, in writing, inter-personally and in presentations
Desirable Requirements
Experience working successfully with globally distributed teams
Previous IT infrastructure experience desired
