Sales Operations Analyst

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A link between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on investments and drive efficiencies through data insight. You will play a meaningful role in meeting sales’ needs, as well as build positive relationships with cross function team, ensuring an outstanding experience for both partners and sales teams.

You will:

  • Collaborate with sales and sales operations on organization planning for accurate alignment in Resource Management/Affinity/SFDC tools.

  • Manage change flows and processing data change as required by Sales, Sales Ops and Global Data Management. Single point of contact for country, trouble shooting, researching and resolving data anomalies.

  • Running controls, audits and validation for sales managers/directors and sales ops, drive global standards in process, structure and governance. Engage with country stakeholders to deploy and scale global standard Global Data Management process and tools..

  • Raise visibility of Master Data Governance with country regional stakeholders and drive Master Data Governance strategy with stakeholders, delivering updates to senior/exec level management.

  • Collaborate with other Global Data Management team members on standardization, data quality and process improvement projects. establish and simplify engagement models with country stakeholders and driving positive customer experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Analytical Skills.

  • Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting studies

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel

  • Stakeholder Management Track Record, very Good Communication Skills.

  • Leadership Skills - Interpersonal Relationship, working experience managing large number of records.

Desirable Requirements

  • Preferably from Sales Operations Background, SQL Knowledge.

  • From Operational Background.
