What you’ll achieve
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to realize expected business outcomes. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about customer service and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for working with key business functions, i.e., Sales, Finance, IT, BI, and other strategic business partners. You will work closely with Sales to deliver strategic insights and provide solutions to challenges.

Be a key point of contact in support for (GBO ) Global Business Operations including managing process and driving effective support in conjunction with pipeline management to ensure business predictability as and when needed.
To lead a small group of Sales Operations Support team within APJC regions.
Provide reporting on pipeline and forecast to regional GBO.
Manage/present business performance/KPI results in to key internal stakeholders and drive implementation of best practices.
Be a key business partner to other teams when identifying and driving cross-functional resolutions to operations issues.
You will build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple teams across the business to understand available data and identify growth opportunities for the business.
You will use Case Management to provide efficient support on a wide range of topics.
Analytical problem solving – analyze available information, use relevant data to identify trends, offer practical and effective solutions to simple and complex problems
Work with raw data and present in a professional manner
Support deal management processes
8-10 years plus sales operations experience within a fast-paced high-tech organization
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand policies and processes at a company
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with BI tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end
Trained or certified as a PMP certified professional will be an advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously supporting the execution of their deliverables.
Proven experience in leveraging best practices of standards, processes, and policies to effectively manage and improve operational efficiencies.
Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details.
Proficiency in English language plus additional language qualifications are desired
Fluency in English and Mandarin are essential , must know how to read, speak and write.
Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office, technical writing expertise is a plus.
Understanding of Tableau or PowerBI visualization report, will be plus.
