Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership of supporting Dell's Order Experience order communications, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documents

  • Define Persona-based and Customer-centric product roadmaps that align to key opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Demonstrate and develop deep order experience domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide guidance on emerging trends and industry best practices

  • Work with internal stakeholders, external customers and users to validate business and customer interests are represented, and that product engineering is aligned on those needs

  • Ensure regular and transparent updates to the team and Executive management

  • Consultation as trusted expert advisor role to both internal and external stakeholders, including formal advice and executive customer presentations Essential Requirements:

  • Undergraduate/post graduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA in systems preferred plus 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced environment

  • Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management Desirable Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles

  • Master in Business Administration, Online Business Experience or Business Consulting Experience

  • Experience in projects of global scale
