In this fast-changing world, our customers need our latest technology – and they need it now. And that’s where our expert Logistics team within Materials and Procurement comes in. We’re tasked with getting products quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively to Dell customers. We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.
Daily monitor air and ocean shipment from Penang to United State (US).
Drive Key Performance Index On-Time-Performance.
Provides recommendations and alternative solutions for addressing customer delivery issues.
Identifies process improvements for team.
Regular external vendor interaction for managing the customer delivery process.
Identifies process gaps and makes recommendations for improvement.
Provide customer order tracking & status updates.
Participates in process enhancements projects.
Bachelor degree with related fields
At least 3 years working experience on Logistics related jobs.
Manage Logistics Service Provider before.
Sense of urgency.
