Product Management Senior Advisor
Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.
• Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle
• Support business case for improvements or new products
• Capture and manage requirements and provide a simple interpretation
• Drive preparation for external and internal product events

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

The Programs team designs and implements the primary sales programs to be executed by sales teams.The Programs Manager creates sales programs that drive the product line objectives for the business. Success measures include both, activity and outcome metrics, such as follow-up, quote & order taps, pipeline, revenue, number of buyers, along with the overall enablement and segment success.The Programs Manager will define the program strategy, work across the Center of Competence (CoC), sales enablement, and Sales teams to enable the teams, and work with sales leadership to drive program performance..
- Collaborates with Product Line Management team to drive product/solution content through
our sales programs and activities for maximum value and impact.
Gathers feedback on program effectiveness through multiple channels, including direct stakeholder interaction, and communicates to appropriate marketing, CoC, and business leaders.
Define success metrics , set targets, and drive attainment against leading indicators andperformance metrics for key initiatives, including play performance, seeds utilization, demonstration frequency and effectiveness, sales activity, pipeline development, revenue and margin.
Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize sales productivity.Tools include sales-ready assets, asset repositories, sales plays, interlinked marketing activities, sales enablement.
Develops and/or adapts content and programs to achieve sales demand through print
and electronic collateral delivery, sales training, customer research and customer briefings.
- Analyze performance reports to identify patterns, trends, and areas of consistent
under-performance and call out with suggested course of action.
- Liaise with vendor & internal compliance teams for programs funding, sign-off on terms
& conditions; submit Proof of Execution within deadline for timely reimbursement
