What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the remediation of our End of Life Voice Platforms in Dell. You will work with Business Units and Telecom teams on migrations away from end of life Telecom platforms.
Drive out Business Requirements for agent migrations
Work to identify and remediate any traffic or users leveraging end of life systems and transition to Telecom North Star
Work with Telecom teams to help deprecate our end of life platforms and remove them from our environment

Experience with large Contact Center Platforms (Avaya) - Agents, call flows, configuration
Experience with Cisco Call Manager and end user telecoms platforms (MS Teams, Skype)
Ability to process large volumes of complex data to drive out Business requirements
Ability to coordinate and facilitate migration efforts across regionally diverse teams
