Roles & Responsibility

Focuses on communication & content to internal/ external customers in assigned location/ BU. Recommends and/or selects appropriate targeted messages and assets to drive customer behavior. Builds awareness of the full Dell global creative asset portfolio of offerings. Output drives revenue into the business while enhancing Dell’s brand and reputation. Plans/ develops/implements strategic projects for marketing communications (advertising, direct mail, promotional programs, events, sales enablement content etc.) to promote the sales of Dell offerings. Drives marketing communications to establish, enhance or distinguish Dell’s product placement within the competitive arena. Supports attainment of quarterly marketing plans. Aligns all marketing communications to support the Dell brand.

  • Plans quarterly SOW together with GTM Team to ensure development, production, and completion of marketing programs.

  • Develops, analyzes, and recommends evaluation process that identifies strategic advantages, competitive programs and customer needs.

  • Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and leadership communications.

  • Translates product plans, roadmaps and strategies into key product marketing messages and communications.

  • Determines appropriate vehicle/assets for message and audience

  • Conducts close working relationship with the agency and provide direction.

  • Manages inputs for content of communication with Brand, Legal, Merchandising and other stakeholders.

  • Provides creative input to agency on layout and positioning, etc. aligning to Dell brand and voice guidelines.

  • May be responsible for agency management including relationship, contract, planning and execution.

  • Works with agency or team to set marcom strategy.

  • Manages and optimizes the marketing communication budget.

  • Obtains approvals for project or creative brief from local GTM team

  • Ensures correct in market dates according agreed Marketing plans

Qualification
