You

You have a vision for Big and Fast Data that goes beyond the buzzwords. You understand the potential for the connection between real-time data management system, microservices, and applications. You approach data problems from a human-centric understanding, knowing that behind every data problem there is a person and a use case.

While you see the grand vision of high performance databases at scale, you are able to layout the individual stepping stones to get there. You constantly are linking customer pain points to individual user stories that convey the what, not the how.

GemFire users are application and dev ops engineers. You are passionate about crafting the developer experience. You can empathize with these users, understanding their needs, and communicate using the same concepts. This often means discussing distributed systems best practices, architecture patterns, and providing hands-on coding demos.
