The America’s Director of Channel Marketing and Programs will be responsible for driving strategic channel marketing programs focused on driving growth through the channel in the America’s, reporting to the Senior Director of America’s Marketing. This position is aligned closely with the Channel Sales and Channel Operations organizations. It requires partnership with the Vice President of the America's Channel and coordination and communication with the International Channel teams. This position works cross functionally with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams. This position is critical in driving pipeline, contact acquisition, lead generation and other channel marketing and program activities that best support the business.
This position will lead all aspects of the America’s channel marketing programs and the Global Channel programs that engage our channel, builds and accelerates pipeline through our partners, and influences new deal registrations and closed opportunities. This position is multi-faceted, collaborative and fast paced. It requires an individual that enjoys aligning with Channel Sales leadership and executing in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the power of the Channel and the opportunity to accelerate the growth of the business.
Lead the Channel go-to-market and marketing strategies, developing and driving an ROI focused channel marketing strategy for products, geographies, and accounts; providing the lead-gen and awareness building our channel sales teams require to meet their goals.
Ensures that channel marketing output is aligned to and echoes the overall RSA marketing vision, RSA’s brand, and campaign-specific goals and messaging.
Manages team of channel marketers to develop sticky relationships with our channel and develop quarterly and annual marketing plans, budget and goals for the America’s region
Develop and nurture high-trust relationships with channel and field sales leadership, including Area Vice Presidents, District Managers, and Account Managers in developing and implementing pipeline-generating channel programs
Lead channel marketing organization responsible for all “through the partner” marketing strategies, programs and execution. Includes establishing managed and unmanaged channel marketing programs required to support the business most effectively
Lead channel programs marketing organization responsible for all “to the partner” strategies and program execution. This includes channel communications globally, the tools and platforms that support the channel globally (Partner Marketing Center, Partner Portal, Partner Communications Tool), America’s channel event management and sponsorships with channel media organizations
Manage channel funding platform and co-op program globally. Includes oversight and management of the channel funding tool, guideline management and communication, platform management, support and reporting.
Work collaboratively across the global marketing team in meetings and global interlock sessions to share insights and best practices, address market issues, and sharpen the channel marketing performance.
Generate insights into, and proactively address, market trends and competitive activity. Use this insight to ensure evolving corporate, product and marketing strategies meet theater and channel market needs.
Analyze historical results data (e.g. budget and tactic metrics) for continuous improvement.
Represent America’s channel region and provide input into future solution messaging and strategies that will impact our channel
Manage all vendor relationships supporting the channel business
