Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Integrated Marketing for RSA brand and cross-RSA solutions. This person will help shape the overall marketing strategy, objectives, and tactics necessary to create a compelling marketing plan to engage prospects and customers, and drive accelerated growth. This Senior Manager-level role equivalent, working cross-functionally within marketing, will drive campaigns for awareness and demand generation that meet RSA goals.

This role will comprise two parts:

You will work cross-functionally with all areas of marketing to create campaigns for the RSA brand and cross-RSA solutions. Campaign plans will take into account PR, AR, channel marketing, product marketing, events, awareness, demand generation, field marketing activities, social, web, etc. You will communicate the campaign and related results to the global marketing team. You are responsible for all top-of-funnel activities and campaigns focused on contact acquisition and leads that progress to meetings and opportunities for sales. You will lead campaigns tied to awareness as well as accelerating the purchase process for prospects (new logos) and cross-sell/up-sell to current customers. You will be accountable to these KPIs across multiple routes to market including digital marketing & media and multi-channel nurture activity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Marketing on campaign development and plans

  • Responsible for working closing with marketing leadership to understand goals and marketing needs and develop appropriate campaigns to help meet those goals

  • Establish multi-channel marketing goals, objectives, and deliverables to drive campaign success

  • Provide best in class approaches, setting the standard for best-in-class marketing campaigns to drive engagement and consumer action

  • Achieve awareness, contact acquisition and lead generation goals related to top of funnel activity

  • Influence and work with stakeholders across a matrix organization

  • Communicate effectively across the business and across marketing

Required skills:

  • 10+ years b to b marketing experience, preferably within the security industry

  • Proven experience driving awareness, leads and cross-funnel metrics

  • Experience with lead generation/demand generation and achieving large Marketing Contribution to Pipeline goals

  • Experience detailing bottom up and top down forecast for goals as well as leveraging tools like SFDC to determine actual performance to goals

  • Experience with campaign planning – teasing out the marketing objective and strategy related to the business objectives and tying campaigns and tactics that align to these objectives, while defining goals for each tactic

  • Campaign creation experience along with digital marketing, nurture marketing, 3rd party media/contact acquisition experience
