Dell Advisor, Sales Operations in Beijing, China


  • Identifies issues and implement process improvements, for either workgroup or sales organizations, to improve customer experience or productivity;

  • Creates new procedures and processes to drive desired results; independently develops solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives;

  • Forecasts, models, and utilizes advanced analytical tools;

  • Uses basic sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs;

  • Drive process optimization, and work with IT and cross functional teams for system enhancement;

  • Assist with administration of new training programs to fill competency gaps

  • Work with operational support to maximize sales force productivity

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
