Dell E-commerce Sales strategy Manager/电商销售战略经理 in Beijing, China



The Strategic Planning function leads short-term and long-term strategic planning through insight-driven analysis in China Consumer & Small Business, including analyzing market data to develop insights related to opportunities for the company, and defining clear strategic roadmap and target operational plan. It's responsible for driving transformation programs as well as developing and implementing growth and profitability improvement initiatives in collaboration with business units. The function also supports senior executive communications for internal and external audiences, and promotes the company's strategic vision and execute through cross-function communications. The Strategy manager role is hired for the Strategy Planning function. Key accountabilities include:

  • Identify consumers' evolving changes in purchasing behaviors and experience requirements, and provide deep insights to long-term planning

  • Conduct competitor assessment, identify industry trends and develop insights to opportunities and challenges for product portfolio

  • Define mid-term strategy and key strategic initiatives and translate them into operational plans, including analysis and recommendations related to emerging industry trends, growth opportunities, internal business performance and business process improvement

  • Play project manager role to drive key initiatives across functions and business segments

  • Perform analytics on operational results and identifies critical issues or risks to achieve target strategic plan

本科学历,5-8年消费电子行业计划管理工作经验, 有京东、淘宝等网络销售经验,熟悉电商平台操作及推广模式者优先 良好的数据处理技能, 较强的数据敏感度和逻辑思维能力 熟练使用 Excel, PowerPoint和word 快速学习能力和良好的团队合作能力
