Channel Sales Account Representative

What you’ll achieve
As a Channel Sales Account Representative, you will work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution so that service level agreements are met.
• Supports smaller accounts and takes guidance from senior professionals and lower level managers.
• Interfaces directly with channel partners, providing solutions, developing new business and build a positive relationship
• Understand the Go to Market strategy and value proposition
• Resolve basic issues/concerns and escalate support to others within your team

• Entry level position
Previous inside sales experience with proven oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, support personnel and leadership
• Some field sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
