Marketing Operation Specialist - Social Media Content/Management

What you’ll achieve

You will work with the team to drive Dell retail marketing digitalization for 1300 retail stores. The candidate should be specialized in social content creation and social platforms. If you’re an entrepreneurial person, that will be excellent.

You Will:

  • Social media Management - Execution of all social media activities (liking, sharing, tweeting, engaging, increasing social reach, etc.) for Dell retail store (戴尔官方门店), and optimization of each social media platform (抖音、小红书、大众点评). Creation of CTAs and social media campaigns that drive traffic to WeChat mall in order to generate new leads and orders.

  • Content Creation and User engagement - Supervised creative production including short video, OVT and creative infographic etc. Daily engagement with target audiences on social media platforms, with the aim of increasing follower pool and retargeting chance.

  • Digital media buying – good understanding of CPM/CPC/OCPA/DSP/SEM, you will supervise media agency to develop media and KOL plan and provide tracking data analysis.

  • Marketing ecosystem - Created a holistic prospect acquisition strategy including paid/owned media, store QR code scan, ultimately you need to help drive the growth of WeChat followers, phone number collection and WeChat mall DAU.

  • 3rd party partnership - Developed partnerships with Tencent, ByteDance and Dianping to maximize business impact by pitching KOLs or PR articles.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and proven experience in 3C Marketing and Communication

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Good data sense and presentation skills
