What you’ll achieve
As a Product Marketing Senior Advisor, the the primary role of the Client Peripherals Product Line Manager is to own the life cycle management of products and solution offers for the Greater China region. This includes all aspects of Planning, Launch, Sustaining and transition activities of these products/solutions.
Responsible for overall business plan of Great China product including forecasts, profit and loss, margins, risk factors, sales enablement plans, pricing analysis and recommendations;
Provide regular product/solution introductions and updates; Analyze market situation, customer applications, investigating new technologies, developing reference use cases for typical or new related product; Collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure on time new product introductions.
Manages product/ solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P&L impact of product transitions. Drive all Product/Solution related sales enablement activities including training, demos, seeds, product- or solution-specific customer sales events, sales play targeting and relevant scorecards and dashboards.
Organize regular participation and ad hoc engagements to help coordinate extended activities including UPP, Pricing, Demand & Supply and Transition management with peer teams, provide guidance in order to help ensure optimized product availability and minimize E&O impact. Maintain portfolio & technical knowledge, become the de facto subject matter expert for assigned products for Displays CoC in Greater China.
Actively participate in the weekly and ad hoc LOB/PG forums; provide feedback and guidance to PG about programs & roadmap developments as well as about related all documents. Organize relevant and timely messaging of Product/Solutions life cycle events and developments (launch, product stop ship, engineering hold and other sustaining issues) to the field along with appropriate guidance to sales. Drive/support new implementation and/or improvements of systems, tools and processes supporting both Solutions & Products Life Cycle Management requirements

• 7-10 years experience in product/sales/marketing/program management role
• Strong written and oral communications skills; Proficiency in English language is mandatory
• Self-starter and strong change management skills. Strong ability to engage with people at all different levels of the organization
• Sound financial reporting and analytical experience. Must be comfortable with MS office tools. Ability to effectively articulate and showcase product value to different types of audience. Capability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results
• MBA preferred
