ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive activities that increase the sale of products and/or services in assigned retail stores Visits stores within territory to drive productivity goals

Responsible for daily activities within stores, product demonstration, training, sales scripts Typically manages stores level relationships within partners

Ensures store meets our standards in terms of policy adherence and merchandising

Responsible to ensure the stores deliver a positive customer experience

Responsible for onsite store operational activities

Resolves customer store concerns regarding delivery / sale of products with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages a small number of lower complexity stores in a defined geography

Gains access to and manages relationships with Channel partner at store level Entry-level territory sales position

Regular coaching/mentoring required along with frequent contact with leader

New to retail sales Articulates how the Dell business model relates to selling Dell products and services

Point of contact but may escalate partner or customer issues/concerns as appropriate Co-ordinates onsite operational activities

May assist with ensuring store completing Dell training
