As a leader of Strategic Planning Team, this role will support Consumer Retail Sales lead to deliver sales target and drive the execution of business imperatives, including sales target setting and performance management, channel expansion planning and status evaluation, operational KPIs monitoring, participation in sales policies making, and working process design & implementation. This position focuses on facilitating sales performance with Sales Directors, data analysis, and BMS report as well. Meanwhile, it will provide management reporting to Sales and top management when needed.
-Develop annual operational plan in aligned with CSB go-to-market strategy an set quarterly sales target, phasing plan and key
-KPIs at central level Coach and manage 4 regional team members to provide cohesive operational plan and carry out business initiatives
-Obtain deep understanding of market changes and competition and define retail store management plan and
-Manage BMS for consumer retail business, analyze sales results and BMS status, identify operational risk and challenges and drive the realization of BMS with Sales lead and regional sales directors
- Participate in defining mid-term strategy and support Strategic Planning lead for strategy development and execution
-MA/MS degree with top-class academics preferred.
- 5+ yrs of experience on sales strategic planning
-Excellent on presenting skill and logical thinking.
-Good skill on Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.-
-Fast learner and good team player
-Fluent in English, particular excellent writing skill.
-Strong data sense, capability to use data analysis tool
