Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

R oles and Responsibilities –

Review digital campaign data through the lens of Paid, Earned, Search and Organic to develop of a holistic view of digital campaign performance.

Conceptualize edits/modifications to Excel/tableau based dashboards with key stakeholders and work with broader MCOE team to put into production and refresh on a timely basis

Provide key insights and takeaways of what the data in the dashboards mean in relation to digital campaign performance and optimization

Report on KPI’s such as, website traffic, bounce rate, time on site, volume of page views, as well as traffic transference rates to

Report on traffic sourcing and the digital customer journey across the platform highlighting opportunities for improvement

Recommend and advocate changes on, social media and campaign optimizations with reference to the insights drawn from the data analyzed

Work closely with the Global Brand team to identify opportunities that increase traffic and customer engagement metrics

Establish best practices in digital marketing

Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments and make recommendations for implementing them

Skills :

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or a performance marketer

3-5 years of experience providing insights and recommendations using data, in a digital environment

Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Analytics suite

Experience building complex data visualizations and reporting using Tableau

4-5 years in a digital marketing environment performing vehicle analysis inclusive of email, paid media and website inclusive of organic search

Hands-on experience with digital marketing vehicles such as paid search, online advertising, and or programmatic advertising managing campaigns etc. a plus.

Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives in any of the previous roles Certified in digital marketing and Adobe Analytics

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field of analytics, marketing or finance strongly preferred
