What you’ll achieve
As project/program manager, driving the growth of existing Dell Technologies, DFS Flexible Consumption programs and lead efforts to improve operational effectiveness. Be part of Dell Financial Services; Flexible Consumption Models Team consists of Flex on Demand and Data Center Utility Offerings and be responsible for billing and reporting practice functions and program manage – data collection, manipulation & reporting through our global team. Prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies. Categorizes team/management requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources and daily tasks under Metering and Reporting Practices
Responsible for Quality Assurance of Monthly Billing Reports, Capacity Forecasts, Account Ownerships within the M&R practice; ensure project is delivered to scope defined within SOW and ensure any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process
Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement, working closely with IT & Engineering Teams to ensure a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the stakeholders: customers, management, sales and delivery personnel’s
Responsible for regular status reports and dashboard to drive internal team meeting when required and document team meeting minutes through confluence tool.
May contribute to the account planning process for metering and reporting function by closely working with billing specialists, delivery managers, solutions architects and capacity managers for establishing project governance.
Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with team members who hold responsibility for achieving the DELLEMC Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction within our contractual agreement of FCM business

Overall 5-7 years of total experience with 2-3 years PM relevant experience who is self-motivated who can work all by one's self and can be counted on to maintain focus and follow through on critical assignments
Ability to quickly and completely understand strategic questions, gather relevant information, perform necessary analysis to develop an insightful report
Authors’ process documents and value addition for manual and/or automated activities of work items
Guide team during project lifecycle; provide project management, direction and oversight to project and/or work streams.
Perform data-analytics and consolidation with strong time management, prioritization skills and be able to work in a team environment with little supervision. Understand the current and future technical hurdles
Preferably BE/B.Tech/BCA/ BSc. MBA is a plus
Good hands on experience on MS Excel –Macros, Pivot Tables, strong Presentation Skills and familiarity with DELL EMC products or PMP certification is desired
