Our Credit professionals manage the exposure that comes with banking and financial services activities. It’s about getting credit policies, processes, systems, targets and strategies in place. And it’s about making sure they are heard, understood and followed. Along the way, our team analyzes and interprets financial status to evaluate risk and establish credit limits. They set policies and develop systems to control and monitor assets in terms of risk. Dedicated to continuous improvement, they constantly explore ways to improve credit processes. They always find the right balance between the need for control and the drive for high productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive decision maker, targeting challenging and leadership assignments with awell-established and globally reputed organization in IT sector.

  • Must have managed customer escalations effectively and provide with best solution to customers and ensure such escalations don’t recur

  • Must have a proven record of fraud phishing or fraud saves during critical time of Business. Desirable but not mandatory Essential Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese and English Language (verbal and written )

  • Investigator must demonstrate ability to process high volume of calls with accuracy in a time sensitive role.

  • Investigator must Liaison with sales and customer service or regular basis and minimizes knowledge gaps.

  • Review and put structure with Customer Service and Sales to minimize/eliminate any hurdles that may lead to negative Customer Experience.

  • Investigator should have Worked with Financial Institutions, logistics & Legal Authorities

  • Should have worked on various projects that involved regular interactions with stake holders on site and abroad.

  • Regions to be handled are Brazil & EMEA.
