We are looking for a seasoned people manager who will be accountable for the overall deliverables executed by the solutions team from Bangalore and will take the team through the successful journey while contributing towards various global initiatives across the business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Role involving critical pro-active monitoring and troubleshooting on BRS and SAN.

  • This role also requires incumbent to perform health checks, respond to customer calls, and coordinate high/critical impact issues

  • As per available scope, the employee needs to help solve L1 issues across Dell EMC technologies and be conscious about SLA adherence, Process adherence, written and spoken communication etiquette and speedy resolution across

  • Regularly communicates status of project and all applicable customer issues to the project owner

  • When applicable, advises project owner on level of effort required to perform assigned implementations

  • Adheres to proper alert and escalation procedures. Keeps appropriate management personnel informed

Minimum skills:

  • Knowledge of basic familiarity with EMC/non-EMC storage products, Basic NAS concepts are mandatory, Good Knowledge of NetApp / Switches

  • Experience in enterprise event management and incident management

  • Understanding of ITIL concepts

  • EMC product knowledge, Backup, Storage.

  • Problem Solving for multi-level, multi-tier environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of process maturity, management, and optimization.

  • Strong written, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work effectively

  • Strong analytical skills, soft skills, and customer service abilities are required.

  • Interpersonal and interviewing skills to gather information from personnel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ready to work in 24/7 environment (Rotational Shift)
