Title : Consultant Product owner - E Commerce - I9 - Bangalore

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior PM, you will work with cross functional team to define, validate and execute product's vision and strategy for Dell.com's shopping experience. Dell.com is one of the biggest ecommerce sites driving multi-billion dollars in revenue and serving more than 120 countries and 28 languages. As a PM, you believe in the power of empowered balanced teams to drive customer experience and business profitability. You have strong product instincts, excellent communication and technical skills, and have a good understanding of product design principles. You also excel at leading without authority and effectively aligning team members and stakeholders around shared set of objectives to drive the right product and customer experience.

You will:

·Have advanced understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions

·Have experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs

·Have experience in training, mentoring, and/or upskilling engineers, product managers, or designers

·Work with cross functional teams to deliver the committed OKRs (Objective and Key Results), KPIs and other measurable success criteria

·Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around product and experience

·Breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on key customer and business needs

·Focus on data-driven approaches to solving problems, and accelerate the learning process to validate solutions

·Ship successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps

·Build, maintain and drive prioritization of product backlog

·Demonstrate deep user empathy and strong user experience sensibilities

·Collaborate with engineers and designers as part of small co-located teams to get things done in a rapidly changing environment

·Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and adapt your communication style for the audience

·Ensure the roadmap prioritization reflect quality, stability and security standards

Essential Requirements

·Typically requires 10-12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience

·Relevant Product Management experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in building products for ecommerce or online customer experiences

·Experience with lean startup, agile development and user centered design methodologies

·Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses

·Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences

·Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills

Desirable Requirements

·User experience (UX/UI) design

·Engineering background

·Strong financial acumen
