What you’ll achieve
As a manager at sales operations team you will play a management role and is key to success of the meeting revenue targets of DT Renewals organization. Manager will be aligned to a specific region and will be responsible for overall operational and people management. The manager will be accountable to ensure key stake holders KPI’s as meet. We foster a culture of innovation and give our managers opportunity to innovate and bring out their best.
Monitor workflow and assign cases to team members
Point of contact for all stake holder and internal escalations
Overall people management related activities like but not limited to performance feedback, motivating team, ensuring key KPI’s are met, setting goals, mentoring and all other admin related activities
Manage personal development and continuous learning of team members to keep knowledge current and relevant to the demands of the business.
Keeping track and communicating all business-related changes and ensuring they are implemented
Reporting operational and people metrics to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Participate and contribute towards transformation projects

Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience
3 + years of relevant management experience
Exposure to sales operations, presales, marketing, sales or O2C domain
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
Working knowledge on sales and presales cycle
Customer focused and ability to handle high pressure
Ability to adapt in a work environment that is constantly evolving.
Excellent time management, ability to prioritise deliverables/projects.
Work well within a diverse team with minimal supervision and be able to change directives with minimum disruption.
Innovative in creating solutions to existing problems.
Flexibility to meet project deadlines and take global calls out of normal working hours when necessary.
Flexibility to work in different shifts
Working knowledge on RPA, ML and AI
Project management experience
Quality management framework
Experience in customer facing roles
