Overview: Support & Development Services (SDS) is looking for a Software Development Engineer to work in the Custom Imaging Configuration Suite of software. Custom Imaging Configuration is focused on developing and deploying software allowing customers to Capture, Transfer, Deploy and Restore their O/S images. The work is challenging and incorporates a variety of technologies in support of new featured delivery to Dell customers in building industry leading software.

Education Qualification: B.Tech/BE OR Equivalent Degree
Must have skills:
Highly motivated and adaptable leader with strong communication and collaboration skills
Should have managed/lead a team size of 10+ engineers in an Agile/DevOps development environment
Exposure to Java and Selenium environment is highly desirable
Good understanding of Windows Client & Server OS
Experience in working with Scrum/Agile development environment
Experience in working with global engineering teams for project success
Understanding of Web-hosted applications, Apps servers, Webservers, Databases- Performance testing experience on Hadoop/ETL is an added advantage
The candidate should be able to understand product requirements by actively reaching out to product owners, product architects and subject matter experts in various engineering groups Dell
The candidate should be able to work closely and actively with Technologist/architects/product owners during PoC/prototype/development phase
He/she should be able to use this knowledge to develop the overall automation test strategy for the product

Interfaces with senior management to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs and technical knowledge.
