What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will oversee the delivery of products within budget, schedule and quality guidelines and manage a team responsible for the design, development, testing, integration, maintenance, documentation and support of software. You will interact with project managers, marketing, sales, procurement, quality, legal and end-users to define application requirements and/or selection of partners.
Lead and demonstrate superior technical and procedural excellence while independently managing complex modules and providing a superior end deliverables, manage and resolve any dependencies while working within the construct of Agile Methodology
Promote employee development, including coaching, mentoring, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the technical, customer engagement, and process areas
Create a culture of ownership and accountability – ensure teams understand their objectives and are provided the tools and guidance to be successful
Identify process automation/improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to drive identified initiatives and collaborate with team and prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews

Experience leading and developing high performing teams and individual contributors
Experience in Agile SDLC, Linux, Windows platform, Server and Storage architecture C,C++ or Java programming and building Enterprise Software products and solutions.
Ability to identify potential product design issues/improvements; provide design guidance/recommendations for improvements to subsequent redesigns; drive cross-functional development efforts
Understanding of related technologies, suppliers and competitive offerings
Experience in Analytical and Operations-driven roles with a focus on process optimization and efficiency; exceptional data driven and analytical problem solving skills
Experience in data protection, server, storage would be an added plus.
Excellent ability to proactively communicate both internally and externally
Proven capability to work with different groups across different functions and strong conflict resolution skills
