What you’ll achieve
As a Visual Design Manager you will be a leader and intrapreneur responsible for designing the strategy and leading a team to create the best visual design experiences for our customers. You will work with a team of visual designers to deliver customer-facing visuals for technical content about our products.
Manage visual designers and information developers who create and design technical and creative content that supports the requirements for several lines of business at Dell. Content includes but is not limited to videos, photographs, illustrations, 3D renders, simulation, augmented reality, and infographics.
Manage the research, creation, and coding of content for delivery in a variety of media.
Design and drives solutions and initiatives that delight our customer.
Monitor the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical and functional objectives are met.
Work closely with management on the development of the skills, services and solutions of the team

4+ years of people management experience in information and visual design with additional demonstrated project leadership/management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional, international teams, content developers, visual designers, and stakeholders
Experience with implementing next-gen visual design solutions to create customer delight.
Outstanding project management, program planning, and communications skills.
Advanced business management skills with strong focus on entrepreneurial and strategic planning skills
Experience : 10 - 15 years
Operational experience as designer, manager, or implementer, with industry-wide graphic design tools and solutions.
Extensive experience with consumer and enterprise-level products.
Demonstrated experience representing the visual design function at the engineering leadership level.
