Senior Business Intelligence Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Business Intelligence Advisor, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements.

You will:

  • Strong experience with advanced Excel modeling / functions and business analysis, statistical modeling experience preferred

  • Outstanding business acumen, and ability to link impact of modeling and pricing decisions to both business performance and sales behavior

  • Ability to put historical data and analysis outcome in context, determine relevance to current business situation and required outcome, and adjust guidance accordingly

  • Comfortable to work with data ambiguity/gaps, able to find solutions for these

  • Ability to work independently with virtual teams, and developing collaborative relationships within the Pricing, Product Line management and Demand planning teams in the Geos

  • Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth

  • Previous pricing experience or product management experience preferred

  • Mentor and coach junior team members

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing, sales, analytics, or finance, preferably with pricing and / or product management experience

  • Strong analytical and MS Excel ability, preferable with statistical analysis / modeling experience

  • Comfortable working with and resolving ambiguity, and adapting to changing business needs

  • Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with high client and business understanding

  • Good verbal and written communication and influencing skills

  • High accountability, drive for results

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.

Desirable Requirements

• 8-10 years of similar experience in analytics firms

• Any advanced degree / MBA / Bachelor’s degree
