Using our skill in conveying technical information to a non-technical audience, we evaluate, analyze, define and document requirements, and then develop systems specifications and configurations for our customers that are cost effective and meet their needs. It’s all about having expertise in both end-user needs and business systems, applications and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Manages products through their entire life cycle, and supports decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL).• Supports business case for enhancements or new products • Leads requirements gathering and management; provides simple interpretation• Leads preparation for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

  • Strong technology skills relating to design, test and qualityStrong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutionsExcels in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product along with Business Development
